Lasallian Pag-asa ("Lasallian Hope") seeks to provide resources for those who would like to better understand the world of "children in conflict with the law," especially in the Philippines. We also work to assist the Lasallian Bahay Pag-asa Youth Centers in their ministry on behalf of these young people. Br. Dan Fenton is currently residing and working at Bahay Pag-asa Youth Center in Bacolod, Philippines. Contact him at brdanfenton@hotmail.com.

Christmas Approaches at Bahay Pag-asa
Every year our volunteers, after just a few days, say the same thing. "They're just kids." It's the truth about almost every "child in conflict with the law." Change the equation and a perfectly good kid can become an "offender" or a "criminal." Bahay Pag-asa is working to change the equation in the other direction. Provide a troubled kid with a place to sleep, nutritious meals, the opportunity to get an education and some hope that in the future they will find employment and a way to help their family...provide this and you have won heart and mind. The "boys of Pag-asa" wish you a Merry Christmas and pray that you will consider journeying with them through your prayers, your support and your friendship. Blessings!
